the location was very convenient, just a short walk to the grand boulevards metro station. my room was very clean and quiet, exactly what i needed after a long day. also the staff were kind, answering all my questions quickly.

The location is amazing (i walked everywhere!). The staff are very cute and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was super clean and cozy, it had everything i needed for my stay. I especially liked the complimentary toiletries. They added a touch of luxury.
My room faced the street and i experienced some street noise at night. the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. I believe more variety could enhance the experience. The elevator was also quite slow.

The location rocks! I found many restaurants, bars, shops, and pharmacies right nearby. It is also really close to a metro station. The room was nicely furnished (I had a room on the sixth floor with a balcony!). it had a nice view. The mattress was super comfortable, and everything was clean.
I noticed stains on the chair in the room.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating, especially Vincent, who offered excellent customer service. Sonia, during the morning shifts, was always smiling and friendly. I really enjoyed that.

The location is quite convenient.
My ground floor room was terribly noisy. People passed by frequently, going to their rooms via the stairs. Staff also made noise preparing breakfast. Deliveries arrived early right by the entrance. It made sleeping very difficult.

the location was very convenient. it was easy to reach several metro stations from the hotel. i also found many dining options close by, this was really helpful. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
my room was on the ground floor, and the curtains did not fully cover the window. this made it difficult to sleep as the light came in early. there was also not enough space in the bathroom to store my toiletries, that bothered me. i found the photos online to be a bit outdated, my room looked more worn.
